FastBit Technologies
Their
Challenge
FastBit Technologies developed testing devices for engineers. They wanted
their product, a Bit Error Rate Tester (BER), to enter the marketplace as
a Mercedes Benz among Fords and Chevys. Unfortunately,
although this product brought great value and convenience, it looked like
a simple black box.
Our
Response
By using creative techniques and by focusing on its finest attributes,
we established the "Mercedes Benz" feel FastBit was looking for.
This approach was received very well even though it had not been seen in this
industry before.
The
Results
FastBit and the BER were a hit. FastBit quickly established themselves as
a major player within their industry, competing with the likes of Hewlett
Packard and Aeroflex.
Their product line grew their technology became sought after. So much
in fact, that Aeroflex eventually acquired them. And were proud to say
that we helped them with their Marketing materials and strategy every step
of the way.
